15 Countries Condemn Remarks On prophet Muhammad As Blowback Against India Spreads

The BJP press released on Sunday, in which the BJP said that its party respects all religions and strongly condemns the insult of any religious person.

Diplomatic displeasure at BJP leaders Nupur Sharma and Naveen Kumar Jindal’s shoddy remarks on Prophet Muhammad continued even as the government made diplomatic efforts to quell the anger of various countries, even as India responded by saying this. Said that all religions are respected in India and people of all religions live there.

15 countries including Iran, Iraq, Kuwait, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Oman, UAE, Iran, Jordan, Afghanistan, Bahrain, Maldives, Libya and Indonesia have lodged official protests against India over controversial remarks on the prophet Muhammad. This is the first time that so many countries have simultaneously lodged an official protest against India, so the opposition has also raised questions on the government. And the opposition said that this is a failure of the government’s foreign policy and the country has been ashamed of the hateful views being pursued by the government.

BJP has impatiently suspended spokesperson Nupur Sharma and expelled Naveen Jindal from the party for 6 years for controversial remarks. The party gave this information by issuing a statement on Sunday. The same opposition is demanding from the government for legal action against both of them and has said that they should be arrested immediately, due to which the country has been insulted.
