Most expensive players in IPL 2021

Auctions for the Indian Premier League 20-21 were hosted in Chennai on February 18. All the franchise
were doing their best by using their pocket to pick up the best players from others teams and some of
the new young blood.
Here is a list of the top 5 most expensive buys of this year

  • Chris morris – Rajasthan Royals – 16.25 Cr INR
    Chris Morris isn’t a talented allrounder whose option started with a base price of 75 lakh with RCB
    Mumbai Indians in the battle. Finally the Rajasthan royals back the 33 old Morris add a cost of 16 .25 cr.
    This South African player is the highest bid player for the season and makes him the most expensive
    player in the history of the IPL.

  • Kyle Jamieson- RCB – 15 Cr INR
    New Zealand player has managed to impress the IPL team with his international performance. His
    breathing started with a base price of 75 lakh with Delhi capitals RCB and Kings XI Punjab in the
    competition. Finally, RCB picks him for 15 crores. This 26-year-old right-handed bowler has picked up 54
    wickets in 38 T20.
  • Glenn Maxwell – RCB – INR 14.25 CR

    stepped in and back this player at 14 crores. He is a 24-year-old Australian fast bowler who has snatched

    uncapped player in the history of IPL auction. He has played 24 matches for RR and KXIP.
