PM Modi gave Diwali gift to farmer, 12th installment of Kisan Samman Nidhi released

Prime Minister Narendra Modi also inaugurated the Agri Startup Conclave and Exhibition. On such an occasion, he released the 12th installment of Kisan Samman Nidhi, besides he also inaugurated 600 PM-Kisan Samridhi Kendras (PM-KSKs) under the Union Ministry of Chemicals and Fertilizers.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Monday inaugurated the two-day “PM Kisan Samman Sammelan 2022” at the Pusa Mela Ground of the Indian Agricultural Research Institute and on this occasion, under the Kisan Samman Nidhi (PM-Kisan) scheme, the 12th class fund of Rs. Installment released.

Earlier, on the occasion of the eighth anniversary of his government, Modi had released Rs 21,000 crore as the 11th installment of the Kisan Samman Nidhi in Himachal Pradesh’s capital Shimla in May.

On this occasion, Modi also inaugurated the Agri Startup Conclave and Exhibition. Apart from this, he also inaugurated 600 PM-Kisan Samridhi Kendras (PM-KSKs) under the Union Ministry of Chemicals and Fertilizers and also launched an important scheme named ‘One Nation-One Fertilizer’ for farmers under the brand name ‘Bharat’ Urea Bag .

On this occasion, Prime Minister Modi will address a gathering of crores of farmers, agricultural startups, researchers, policy-makers, bankers, other stakeholders. According to the Ministry of Agriculture, more than one crore farmers are participating in this event through digital medium.

Under this scheme, a financial benefit of Rs 6,000 per year is provided to the eligible beneficiary farmer families. It is payable in three equal installments of Rs 2,000 each every four months. Funds are directly transferred to the bank accounts of the beneficiaries.
