New Rules & Regulations to enter in Uttarakhand

Due to the sudden increase in Covid cases in Uttarakhand, the Uttarakhand government has passed new guidelines that should be followed for your bookings. Uttarakhand government has opened its border with certain guidelines that are compulsory to follow.

Due to the incoming of mahakumbh Mela from 1st April to 30 April high court has ordered it mandatory to bring a negative RT PCR report.

This RTPCR report was mainly targeted for States namely Maharashtra, Kerala, Karnataka, Punjab, Chhattisgarh, Madhya Pradesh, Tamil Nadu, Gujarat, Haryana, Delhi, Uttar Pradesh and Rajasthan by any mode road, air or train.

The person from these mentioned States shall follow strict safety norms and social distances as per guidelines of MHA,moHFW and state government. If these norms are violated then the provisions will be done under DM act 2005 epidemics act 1897 and sections of IPC.

The travelling of the person above the age of 65 years pregnant women children and person with comorbidities should be prohibited until circumstances are unavoidable.

The district administration shall take complete responsibility for random covid-19 testing at the airport railway station and all border check post. If any person is found positive currently prevailing SOP shall be followed for further care.

There shall not be any restrictions on inter and intrastate movement of essential goods and services in the state.

Along with this order, the order number 1115/USDMA/792 of 2020 issued regarding the SOP for control and prevention of covid-19 during Maha Kumbh Mela 2021 at Haridwar shall be strictly followed.

Due to the increase in the number of Corona cases in Uttarakhand state government and order fine from people were not wearing a mask to control the spread of coronavirus.

Karuna report is compulsory for the holy bath of Kumbh Mela in Haridwar and there is no such restriction on the first holy bath of Kumbh Mela in Haridwar. Even for Nainital and Mussoorie acting chief justice Ravi Kumar malimath and justice Ravindra maithani of the high court said that the tourist visiting these two popular towns shall show their coronavirus report at the time of entry.

All inbound people have to mentally download the arogya setu app. During registration, relevant documents asserted in the registration portal shall be uploaded.

If any two risks are found positive then the hotel management shall intimate the district administration immediately. District administration shall arrange random checks to ensure that the compliance of MHA and hfw and the government guidelines are followed by hotel management and homestay owners
